A. Harold Knott (1883-1977)
An early California painter of note, A. Harold Knott was one of the Carmel Art Association's founding members in 1927. His plein air landscapes and seascapes are in many collections and have been exhibited in museums throughout the country. Many of his paintings have date, title, description, and palette of colors used on the reverse side.
